I run Talent Acquisition and am a member of the People Ops team at Field Nation. I thrive on the variety and energy that startups bring and connecting people to opportunities is what I'm all about. I got into the startup world in Boulder, CO a few years ago and I earned my Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Denver. Here in Minneapolis, I am part of a fundraising team to support a local chapter of Girls Who Code and I co-organize the MicroMN meetup. On a given weekend I am usually on an outdoor patio, trying out a new recipe, or planning my next trip.
